WAR's Organizational Structure

WAR’s Working Committee (WWC) comprises of volunteers who work sans any monetary compensation. The WWC is non-hierarchical in its composition and does not have a President or Chairperson/man. WAR’s Director is also a non-voting member of the WWC. The Committee takes policies- and governance-related decisions while the Director and the team implement projects in accordance with these policies. The present WWC and team comprises mostly of women.
